BENT STAIR TOOL

A reshaped bent stair tool with increased workability due to its offset shape. The bent shape provides knuckle clearance for ‘Z’ bar tucking and makes wall tucking easier too. Carpet is also more easily tucked tight into toe spaces and under heat registers. Forged from tough chisel type alloy steel, and bright nickel plated to resist rust and corrosion.  The smooth tapered blade will not snag or cut the carpet. The four inch blade tucks a wide section of carpet each time it is malleted. Tool is 3-1/2″ wide x 8″ long. Net weight: 1 lb.
