RETURN/REFUND POLICY

IT IS IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM OR AN ITEM YOU DID NOT ORDER, CALL US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.  THERE IS NO RESTOCK FEE.
ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN BECAUSE YOU DID NOT NEED THEM OR YOU MISORDERED WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN RESALEABLE CONDITION AND WE ARE NOTIFIED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.  PLEASE PROVIDE TO US SAID ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR AS IT WAS SOLD TO YOU WITH THE RECEIPT. THESE ITEMS WILL INCUR A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
Note: Special order items do not qualify for our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse credit on worn or used items in violation of the spirit of this policy. We reserve the right not to accept equipment not returned in original condition.

For Items Sold With a Factory Warranty:
Warranty claims will follow manufacturers guidelines.

For In-Store Purchases:
Bring the item(s) back to us during our regular business hours and we will process your returns in store. Ask your Cleaner’s Depot representative for more information on warranties.

For Internet or Phone Orders Shipped to You:
Call us as soon as possible and we will quickly process your return over the phone and send a call tag for UPS to pick up the merchandise in question. Customers whose orders were shipped will have 10 days from the day they receive the shipment to notify us of their intent to return the items.

Restoration Item Return Policy:
Restoration items such as air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, respirators, disinfectants, etc., DO NOT QUALIFY for returns.

****Due to the unprecedented high demand caused by the recent Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), there is a national shortage on many of our regularly stocked items. Several items are on extended backorder with no anticipated date of fulfillment. Once these items are back in stock, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
As a result, we have temporarily changed our return policy on select items impacted by the shortage.
 
Effective immediately, once shipped, all sales are final on the following items: hand sanitizers, disinfectants/sanitizers, and personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, and coveralls.

Special Order Return Policy:
We are often able to order products for our customers that are hard to find elsewhere and are not supported by our regular inventory; these orders are considered “special orders.” Special order items do not qualify for our Refund /Return Policy. Defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive a replacement.
